As a management development expert, I am working to enhance the competitiveness of Turkish companies. I have been pursuing this profession since 2004 with over 100 self-managed consultancy Project and over 300 consultancy projects that I have contributed. Consequently, I realized that the basis of competitiveness of successful companies stems from the harmony of three basic disciplines working as “skillfully designed pieces of a single whole”. Therefore, I provide services within PKF Istanbul on these three issues that produce as a result of competitiveness and their harmonization.

Marketing Management Improvement Services
Improvement studies are designed for companies operating in the business to business (B2B) markets to have a more effective marketing structure. It lasts for four months.

Sales Marketing Check-up
A study conducted to understand the current sales and marketing dynamics of companies operating in B2B markets and revealing their strengths and weaknesses by comparing them with better practices. Analysis and reporting take approximately three weeks in total.

Continuous Marketing Control

Periodic monitoring of all the marketing activities of companies and offering improvement suggestions.
Future Design and Implementation
Meetings and workshops where mind recovery, time management and business management priorities are discussed and long-term plans are made with the company management in predetermined periods.

Strategic Plan and Activity Plans Follow-up, Development and Revision
Includes the preparation of the 5-year strategic plans and the activity plans of the companies and follow-up services with the company management.
Management Structure Improvement Services
Organization and definition studies to ensure the discipline in effecting business in line with the business model and the capabilities of the enterprise and increasing the quality of management.

Restructuring
Services provided for the restructuring of the company's management structure with scientific methods by evaluating all the main components.

Corporate Analysis
A scientific research based on twenty factors examining the company's current status, organizational structure, market, technological systems, future forecasts, management capabilities and competitiveness. It takes about ten weeks.

Independent Board Membership
Service offered to attend board of directors meetings as an independent board member, which is mandatory in public companies and in companies that have established a board of directors as a requirement of better management.

Advisory Board Membership
Service provided as an advisory board member to advisory boards established to monitor the progress of companies in strategic and structural areas and meet the need for consultation on critical issues.
Mentally Upright
A coaching program for mind recovery, time management and prioritization in determined periods. It is a personal program.

Boss-manager and 2nd Generation Development Guidance
